LEERA AI SOLUTIONS LLP (operating PushPilot) provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, delivered digitally. There are no physical goods shipped, and no shipping or freight fees apply. This policy is provided in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate.

2. Delivery of Services

Upon successful payment, access to our SaaS products is provisioned immediately via your registered account. You will receive a confirmation email with access details. If you do not receive access within 24 hours of payment confirmation, please contact our support team. Where applicable law requires it, access to the service will begin only after your express prior consent (which you give by purchasing and signing in to use the Service).

3. Right of Withdrawal and Cooling-Off

Where applicable under regional consumer-protection laws (for example, in the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom), you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase within a defined cooling-off period (typically 14 days). However, because PushPilot is a digital service that is provisioned immediately upon purchase, by purchasing a Paid Plan and accessing the Service you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any such statutory right of withdrawal once the Service has been accessed. Refunds (if any) are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy and the Fees and Payments section of our Terms of Use.

4. Access and Activation

Access to our SaaS products is typically activated immediately upon successful payment. If access is delayed beyond 24 hours, please check your email for instructions (including your spam or promotions folder) or contact customer support. Activation timelines are subject to applicable consumer-protection regulations in your jurisdiction.
