Do I have to migrate off Firebase or OneSignal to use PushPilot?

No. PushPilot is the AI campaign layer on top of your existing push provider. You keep Firebase Cloud Messaging or OneSignal as your delivery infrastructure and add PushPilot above it. Setup is paste-an-API-key minutes, not a quarter-long migration.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?

Yes, upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your billing page. Annual plans pro-rate when you upgrade. We do not lock contracts and we do not negotiate "exit fees". If you cancel, your data exports cleanly to CSV.
What happens if I exceed my broadcast limit?

You get a soft cap warning at 80% of your limit and a hard stop at 100%. Already-active campaigns continue to send within their allocated budget; new campaigns wait until next period or until you upgrade. We do not charge overage fees by surprise.
Does the free plan have all the AI features?

The free plan includes the AI Campaign Builder and fresh-per-send AI copy, those are the core of PushPilot. AI image generation, advanced analytics, behavior triggers and custom tone constraints are paid. The full feature comparison is in the table above.
How does annual billing work?

Annual plans charge once for 12 months and save up to 17% versus monthly. You can upgrade plans mid-year (we pro-rate the difference) or downgrade at renewal. Refunds are governed by our cancellation & refund policy.
Do you offer custom enterprise pricing?

Yes. For teams sending over 1M broadcasts/month, multi-brand setups, dedicated infrastructure, or specific compliance / contract requirements, book a walkthrough and we will quote a custom plan. We do not gate basic functionality behind enterprise.
Is there a discount for non-profits or early-stage startups?

Yes, 50% off Pro for registered non-profits and YC / accelerator-backed early-stage startups for the first 12 months. Reach out via the contact page with proof of status.
