About This Policy
This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to PushPilot, a product operated by LEERA AI SOLUTIONS LLP (marketed as LEERA), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India. It should be read together with the Fees and Payments section of our Terms of Use.
1. Overview
Our services operate on a subscription basis, and all fees are charged upfront. By subscribing to our services, you agree to our "pay and use" model, where payment is required in advance, and refunds are generally not provided. Payments are processed by our payment processors Polar (primary) and Razorpay (fallback for specific regions or payment methods).
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period. To cancel, you must follow the instructions in your account settings (Settings → Billing) or contact our support team at info@pushpilot.ai. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund or credit for the current billing cycle or any unused portion of it.
3. Plan Changes — Upgrades and Downgrades
You can change your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. The following rules apply to plan changes:
- Upgrades (moving to a higher-tier plan, or switching from monthly to annual billing on the same tier) take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing cycle, calculated as the difference between your new plan and your current plan, multiplied by the fraction of the billing period remaining. Subsequent renewals are charged at the new plan's full rate.
- Downgrades (moving to a lower-tier plan, or switching from annual to monthly billing on the same tier) take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refund or credit is issued for the higher-tier period that has already been paid, and you will continue to enjoy the features and quotas of your current plan until the cycle ends. Your account will renew on the lower plan from the next billing date.
- When you downgrade, please ensure your usage (for example, the number of active campaigns and connected projects) is within the limits of the new plan before the downgrade takes effect. Resources exceeding the new plan's limits may be paused or deactivated automatically.
4. Refunds
As our service is provided on a subscription basis, we do not offer refunds for any payments already made. This includes partial refunds for mid-term cancellations or unused portions of a subscription. By using our service, you acknowledge that all payments are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided in Section 5 (Exceptional Circumstances) or as required by applicable law.
Chargebacks and disputed charges. If you have an issue with a charge, we kindly ask that you contact our support team first at info@pushpilot.ai so we can resolve it directly. Most billing concerns can be addressed quickly without involving your bank or card issuer. Initiating an unwarranted or fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute — meaning one filed without first attempting in good faith to resolve the matter with us — may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your PushPilot account, forfeiture of any remaining service period, and recovery of any chargeback fees and reasonable collection costs from you. We reserve the right to provide our payment processors and the relevant card networks with transaction records, access logs, and other evidence in response to any dispute.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, we may consider refund requests due to exceptional circumstances, such as prolonged service interruptions attributable to us or genuine billing errors (for example, duplicate charges or charges after a confirmed cancellation). These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and granting a refund is at our sole discretion. For any such requests, please contact our support team within 14 days of the billing date with the relevant transaction details.
6. Free Trials
If your subscription began with a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, our standard cancellation and refund policies apply.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where applicable law grants you a cooling-off period for digital services, please note that — as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy — by purchasing a Paid Plan and accessing the Service you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose any such statutory right of withdrawal once the Service has been accessed.
8. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy in accordance with applicable laws. Any changes will be posted on this page with the date of the latest revision updated above. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
9. Governing Law
This Cancellation and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India and forms part of our Terms of Use. Any disputes arising in connection with it are subject to the jurisdiction set out in the Terms of Use.
