This Cookie Policy explains how LEERA AI SOLUTIONS LLP ("PushPilot", "we", "our", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on pushpilot.ai and within the PushPilot product. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by the websites you visit. They are widely used to make sites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide reporting information. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels; in this policy we refer to all of them as "cookies".

The categories we use

1. Strictly necessary

Required for the Service to operate — for example, signing you in, keeping you signed in, load balancing, CSRF protection, remembering your active organisation, and storing your cookie choice. These cookies cannot be disabled because the Service will not work without them. No consent is required under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and the ePrivacy Directive Article 5(3) exemption.

2. Analytics

Help us understand which pages, features and flows are useful so we can improve them. We use Google Analytics 4 and Firebase Analytics. We have IP-anonymisation enabled and signal ads_data_redaction until you opt in.

3. Marketing & advertising

Used to measure the performance of our marketing (for example via Google Tag Manager and conversion pixels) and, where you have consented, to show you relevant content on other sites. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Preferences

Remember your preferences — language, theme, dismissed banners — so the product feels consistent next time you return.

Third parties that may set cookies

  • Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads. See Google's cookie policy.
  • Google / Firebase — Firebase Analytics, Firebase Authentication.
  • Leera AI — embedded form widget hosted at cdn.leera.io for contact and lead capture.
  • Razorpay — payments processor (only loaded on billing pages when you initiate checkout).

Your choices & rights

On your first visit you will see a banner with four options: Allow all, Only necessary, Reject all, and Customise. You can re-open this dialog at any time.

We use Google Consent Mode v2, so until you grant consent, Google services are loaded with all storage signals set to denied. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 12 months, after which we will ask again.

Depending on where you live you also have specific rights:

  • EEA / UK / Switzerland (GDPR + ePrivacy) — you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Non-essential cookies require your prior consent.
  • California (CCPA / CPRA) — you have the right to know, delete, correct, limit use of sensitive personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Use in the cookie banner to exercise the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" right.
  • Brazil (LGPD), India (DPDP), Canada (PIPEDA), and other regions — equivalent opt-in / opt-out and access rights apply; the same controls cover you.
